What is a Doula?
A Doula offers continuous emotional and physical support for a laboring mother. However, she does not take the place of the spouse or partner, but rather is there to support them as a team. There is joy and strength in giving birth and a Doula helps you prepare for, encourage, and navigate through the process of labor and delivery.
